Vice President, Global Quality Assurance
Bonnie Hall is Vice President of Global Quality Assurance at Crayola, LLC where she leads the company’s worldwide efforts to ensure product integrity and quality.    Bonnie also oversees Crayola’s global social responsibility program.  
 
Prior to leading Crayola’s QA efforts, Bonnie was Director of Research & Development. 
In this role she led the company’s product development organization and championed the innovation process.  She also led the deployment of key product technologies into international markets.
 
Bonnie gained her extensive consumer product expertise working for Procter and Gamble in Cincinnati, Ohio.  At P&G she held several positions in product development.   She was awarded four US patents for skin care formulations.
 
She earned a BS in Chemical Engineering with a minor in International Relations from Lehigh University.  While working toward her degree, she interned with Eastman Kodak Company in their synthetic chemicals division.  
 
Bonnie is currently on the advisory council for Women in Science and Engineering at the DaVinci Center.  She is particularly interested in programs that encourage women to explore careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics and served as an industry advisor to a National Science Foundation project at Lehigh University on this topic.
 
Bonnie resides in Bethlehem with her husband Jim, also a graduate of Lehigh University, and is the mother of two adult sons.
